Hrithik's 'ZNMD' bags seven Filmfare awards

The winner of Six Apsara Awards and appreciations for film ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ has again repeated the history at 57th Filmfare Award event as a film has swept seven most popular Filmfare awards-Best Film, Best Director, Best Dialogue, Best Supporting Actor (Male), Best Movie (Critics), Best Cinematography and Best Choreography.

ZNMD’s director Zoya Akhtar wins the Best Director award and also she got The Best Film, The Best Movie by critics awards Zoya took the awards along with film’s producer Ritesh Sidhwani and Brother Farhan Akhtar who also grabbed two awards in Best Supporting actor award and Best

dialogue categories. Choreographer Bosco-Caesar wins The Best Choreography Award for song ‘Senorita’ from film ZNMD.

Ranbir Kapoor’s film ‘Rockstar was not far behind with 5 – Filmfare Awards- Best Actor, Best Actor (Critics) Ranbir Kapoor, Best Music Director –A R Rehman, Best Lyrics Awards for Irshad Kamil, song ‘Nadaan Parindey’ and Best Playback Singer (Male) Mohit Chuahan for ‘Jo Bhi Main’.

Vidya Balan wins Best Actor Award (Female) for ‘The Dirty Picture’ and Priyanka Chopra got Critics Best Actor Award for ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’. Rani Mukarjee won Best Supporting Actor (Female) for ‘No One Killed Jessica’.

The awards night had extravagant sets coupled with lasers, special effects, lighting and acoustics to create a magnificent audio and visual impact. An event to celebrate; a night to remember!
