Prabhas to star in 'Bhakta Kannappa' remake

Macho Star Prabhas is currently working for "Rebel" in the direction of Choreographer-turned director Raghava Lawrence. Prabhas is simultaneously working for another movie "Varadhi" which is being directed by Koratala Siva. Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyaya are romancing Prabhas in the film.
Now the latest buzz is that Rebel Star Krishnam Raju who celebrated his birthday yesterday expressed his wish to remake his devotional movie Bhakta Kannappa with Prabhas in lead role.
Krishnam Raju said, Now a days I am not acting in many films because all the directors are coming up with the characters like Bobbili Brahmanna, but I want to play the different roles. I liked the way Lawrence etched my character in Rebel".
"Prabhas’s career has progressed well than I expected and I would like to remake ‘Bhakta Kannapa’ with Prabhas". Earlier there were rumors that Prabhas is going to star in Krishnam Raju's "Bobbili Brahmmanna" sequel.
This is not officially confirmed and we need to wait for some more time for official confirmation.
