Pawan Kalyan gives his nod to Raju Sundaram

A lot of choreographers in T-town seem to be taking to directing lately. Prabhu Deva and Amma Rajasekar, were the earlier two choreographers who turned directors. Another choreographer, Raju Sunderam, Prabhu Deva’s brother, has decided to jump on the directing bandwagon.

Raju Sundaram, popular choreographer and brother of Prabhu Deva is gearing up to direct his first Telugu movie. The director, who has worked as a dance master for many popular actors of the Telugu film industry, is directing Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in the proposed project.

After Vishnuvardhan, Pawan Kalyan is yet again teaming up with a Kollywood director Raju Sundaram, who will mark his debut in Tollywood as director. SJ Surya is said to have penned the script for the film.

Sources say that the forthcoming movie is an mass-masala flick. The movie is said to be a big-budget entertainer and BVSN Prasad has come forward to produce the film.

Meanwhile, the cast process are on and Raju Sundaram is yet to finalise the female lead.

However, choreographers-turned-directors experienced mixed success at the box office and Prabu Deva and Amma Rajasekar can vouch for it. Can Raju Sudaram prove things otherwise?
