Priyanka to turn desi Uma Thurman for Farhan Akhtar

She has won accolades for her power packed performances and has a National Award in her kitty. And now Priyanka Chopra will be seen in an all-new avatar. Priyanka who already starred in several box office hits could possibly be adding another hit movie to her list, with the making of Farhan Akhtar’s new action movie.

According to sources, Farhan was blown away by Priyanka's action sequence in Don 2 following which he has decided to cast Piggy Chops in his next action film.

Farhan said, "It's a bare-fisted hand-to-hand combat with global goons. Priyanka definitely took all of us by surprise. In fact, she simply took my breath away." Priyanka's sense of timing reminded Farhan of the Tarantino classic. "Her movements was almost choreographic. I definitely feel a Kill Bill-style action film with Priyanka is a very good idea."

Meanwhile, Priyanka is very excited and can’t wait to get started on her next action movie. Rumour has it, the new project has already been discussed and planned with PC and the wheels are already in motion.
